1. The name Holi comes from “Holika”, the sister of demon King “Hiranyakashyap” (Reference By Hindu mythology).

2: It is celebrated afterward the full moon in the month of “Phalguna” which in general falls between February and March.

3. The accurate date of the festival is dictated by the Hindu Calendar and its arrival varies on the Gregorian calendar.
